OBPR understands the communications needs of corporate and real estate private equity investment funds, having been an early advisor in this market. We work with funds through fundraising and closing and during investments, divestitures and other fund events, and we have a deep understanding of the rules and regulations that funds face during these important periods. When necessary, we extend our services to our clients' portfolio companies. OBPR works with general partners to develop a communications strategy, draft communications and marketing materials, consult on web design, advise on communications with limited partners, and place advertising. We offer ongoing media monitoring and media relations, and frequently serve as gatekeeper and spokesperson for the client. We currently
work with prominent United States and internationally focused funds
investing across a broad array of industries, including airlines, luxury
goods, telecommunications, technology, energy, gaming, hospitality and
lodging, healthcare, insurance, consumer goods, food and beverage and
distressed assets, and across the gamut of transaction sizes, including
some of the largest leveraged buyouts in history. OBPR also has extensive
experience working with the numerous constituencies involved in “club”
transactions. In addition, with a longstanding, active real estate practice,
OBPR offers deep and extensive experience and contacts in the real estate
